In BNI Golden Horseshoe, we want to build strong referral chapters with a significant return on investment for members. BNI research shows that a chapter with 30+ members exchanges on average, $54,000 worth of business per member annually. In order to set the stage for success, a chapter is launched when it reaches 25 applicants. The Core Group process is implemented when a group achieves 15 applicants. (Before this, it is considered a Pre-Core Group.) Once 15 applicants have been achieved, the Core Group is designated their own weekly meeting, at the time, day and location of their choice.
